• Design, slope stability analysis and related cost estimate and mining for several major gold mining for GFOC (Chimney, Mesquite, Mule Canyon).

• Design of a 75000 cubic yard Class I hazardous waste landfill at Imperial Valley facility and the development of construction specifications and quality control program.

• Responsible for the geotechnical aspect of a 7-acre Class I hazardous waste landfill believed to be one of the first units constructed under RCRA Reauthorization of 1984 and the current California Administrative Code. The work included evaluating subsurface conditions, developing design parameters.
• Preparation of closure plans for four surface impoundments at Imperial Valley facility. This involved assessing the performance of the final cover, developing Health and Safety Plans.
• Design, analysis and related cost estimate, for several major gold mining for GFOC (Chimney, Mesquite, Mule Canyon), Also, throughout Africa.
• Civil design and Earthwork of three proposed sites for a new Titan/Centaur launch complex at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Work included grading and excavation of up to 10 million cubic yards in cut. Cost estimates for the proposed sites. Designed a mobile launch platform road to withstand 12 million lbs. load, 150 ft. wide according to military manual. Cost estimate and schedule for facilities needed to be demolished and constructed to modify from Space Shuttle launcher to Titan/Centaur launcher.
